Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Prenatal Massage
Massage during pregnancy is therapeutic bodywork, which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic change. Massage therapy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Zentherapy® Bodytherapy® 
We offer a series of 10 sequential Zentherapy® Bodytherapy® sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, spread out over several weeks. Each session adheres to a structured approach aimed at unwinding, aligning, and balancing the human structure. These effective physical therapy and structural bodywork techniques, developed by William “Dub” Leigh, focus on the body's connective tissue with the aim of addressing misalignment caused by factors like gravity and injuries, ultimately reversing these physical processes. Manual Lymphatic Therapy
Berry Method Lymphatic Drainage Technique focuses on the movement and balancing of various fluids through the body. The procedure is similar to a Swedish relaxation massage, but starts with the abdomen and chest in order to stimulate the body's natural elimination processes. We then move out to the extremities, using very slow, deep strokes. Helpful for dealing with persistent swelling that often occurs from injuries, illnesses and surgeries.

A relaxing massage focused on the face, neck, shoulders, scalp, arms and hands. Your face is steamed with warm hydrating towels and massaged with luxurious face product line. This treatment leaves your face soft, your body relaxed and your spirits lifted. 

Salt Glow Body Polish
Salt Glow is a therapeutic skin and body enhancing experience. Feel stress melt away as your skin is gently massaged using a blend of aromatic sea salts, mineral salts and essential oils to remove impurities, dead skin cells and stimulate circulation. After rinsing off in a warm shower your practitioner will finish with a hydrating lotion massage.

Deluxe Herbal Wrap(Detox, Soothing, Rejuvenate)- CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
You are enveloped in hot, fragrant, herb-soaked linens with three choices of herbal blend: detoxification, rejuvenation and soothing; then you are wrapped in a warm blanket. Music plays, while your whole being relaxes. It's a very detoxifying treatment beneficial for pain, soreness and fatigue. After you dry off, the practitioner will finish with a soothing lotion application.

Aromatic Back Treatment
A back treatment that is focused on neck, back, feet and legs. This treatment is wonderful for anyone, especially among first time spa treatment goers. Aromatic Back Treatment includes, steamed towels, aromatherapy, a rigorous scrub, and Moroccan clay mask. This is a great treatment for relaxation or back pain relief.

Aromatherapy Hydrating Emollient Wrap
The wrap starts with a soothing application of heavenly essential oils and extra virgin coconut oil. The body is enveloped in a warm & wonderful cocoon, very relaxing! 

Rhassoul ClayWrap - - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
Well-known for its incomparable ability to absorb impurities from the skin and is highly helpful in giving the skin minerals. The clay creates a warming effect on sore joints, reduce inflammation as well as enhancing movement, great for arthritis. The clay contains silicon, Magnesium, iron, sodium, potassium, lithium, and trace elements. After rinsing off in a warm shower your practitioner will finish with a soothing lotion massage.

Rejuvenating Foot Scrub and Mask 
The lemongrass bamboo foot scrub is wonderful for sloughing away rough calluses, while the hot towels soothe and revitalizes tired feet.
