The buildings

Our massage clinic and day spa are co-located with Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics at 4026 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA. Our group of buildings were built in the late 1920’s and early 1930’s. We have endeavored to maintain the original structures and finishes while carefully upgrading the infrastructure and undeveloped spaces inside our buildings.

Our buildings feature 12 private treatment rooms, steam-room, Finnish sauna, Swiss shower, changing area, reception area and outdoor break areas.

Our treatment rooms are unique. In order to maintain our original structure most of our rooms are larger and more open than typical massage treatment rooms.

The Property

In the 1920’s and 1930’s it was standard to have double lots for gardens and small livestock. As with most homes in this neighborhood our lots have more depth than your typical city lot which has enabled our business owner Aliesha Alexandar to nurture and grow a pleasant courtyard space surrounding our off-street parking area.
